Description

These smoke chunks are made from Holm oak, known for its dense wood structure and long-lasting smoke release.

The wood chunks come from pruned trees in Spanish forests and are carefully dried and packed in bags of ± 2.5 kg. Place one or more pieces on glowing coals and enjoy hours of mild, earthy smoke that perfectly complements red meat or fatty fish. Since the chunks burn slowly, you need to refill less often and your dishes maintain a consistent smoky flavor.
