Order confirmation:

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll process your order within a few days.
You’ll then be informed by email about the delivery time of your order.

From warehouse to customer
Schedule the delivery yourself. You’ll receive an email and SMS from the transport company about the delivery. You can use this email to schedule a day when you want to receive your order.

The delivery of your order
The evening before delivery, you’ll receive an email from the transport company with a time indication. Half an hour before your order is delivered, the driver will contact you by phone. The driver will deliver your ordered items to the ground floor of your home or the building you live in. The DTB Grill will be delivered on a pallet and will be transported with the driver’s pallet jack as far as it can go. Check the pallet for any damage upon receipt. We ask you to report any issues to the driver and have them noted on the delivery slip. Your order will not be unpacked or assembled for you.

Delivery costs
The delivery costs for the DTB Grill barbecue are €85, including VAT. Smaller products are shipped via parcel service, and the shipping costs for these are €6.95 including VAT per order. The exact shipping costs will be automatically displayed during checkout.

Pickup
You can also pick up your order for free by appointment. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a suitable pickup time. Pickup takes place at our location and only by appointment, so we can reserve enough time for a smooth process.

Payment on delivery
If you’ve chosen to pay upon delivery, you can make the payment for the DTB Grill to the driver. This can be done in cash or by card. The driver will unload the goods once the payment is successful. For payment on delivery, you’ll pay €15 cash on delivery fee. This applies to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Changing the delivery day
If something unexpected comes up and the delivery can’t take place on the agreed day, please inform the transport company in time by email or phone. It would be unfortunate if the driver arrives at a closed door. If a second delivery attempt needs to be scheduled, the costs will be charged to the customer.

Damage
If there’s any damage to the ordered product, you should report it immediately upon unpacking via email or phone. Include photos of the damaged product in the email and mention your order number so we can assist you quickly. Damages and complaints must be reported within 14 days of receiving the DTB Grill, and the original packaging must always be present. Damages reported outside this period will not be processed under warranty.
