We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DTB Grill. If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return conditions:
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Before returning, please contact us via info@dtbgrill.com
so we can register your return and provide the correct instructions.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the original payment method. Any shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
